This Privacy Policy explains how Emoji Guessing App ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you use the Emoji Guessing mobile application ("App") on iOS or Android.

By using Emoji Guessing, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Account Information

Emoji Guessing allows users to create an account and log in. When you create an account, we may collect:

• Username or display name
• Authentication information required to maintain your account
• Account creation and authentication-related information

We use this information to create and maintain your account, authenticate you, save your game progress, and provide account-related features.

1.2 Game and Progress Information

To provide game functionality, we may store information associated with your account, including:

• Coin balance
• Experience points (XP)
• Completed levels
• Game scores
• Leaderboard score and ranking information
• Hints or other game rewards
• Daily challenge and streak information
• Game statistics and achievements

This information is used to synchronize your progress across supported devices, maintain your virtual currency balance, and operate the leaderboard and other game features.

1.3 Advertising and Device Information

Emoji Guessing may display advertisements, including banner, interstitial, and rewarded advertisements. We may use third-party advertising services, such as Google AdMob, to provide advertisements.

Advertising providers may automatically collect certain information, depending on their own privacy practices and the permissions or consent applicable to your device and region. This may include information such as:

• Advertising identifiers (such as the Apple Identifier for Advertisers / IDFA on iOS, or similar identifiers on Android)

Tracking. On iOS, advertising identifiers and related device information may be used for tracking, meaning they may be used to link your activity across apps and websites owned by other companies for purposes such as personalized advertising and measuring ad performance. This may occur only where permitted by law and, where required, after you grant permission through Apple’s App Tracking Transparency prompt.

If you do not allow tracking, you may still see advertisements, but they may be less personalized. Advertising practices may vary depending on your location, device, consent choices, and applicable laws.

1.4 Analytics and Technical Information

We may use analytics and crash-reporting services, such as Firebase services, to understand how the App is used, diagnose technical problems, improve performance, and improve the overall user experience.

Such services may collect technical information including device type, operating system version, app version, approximate location, usage events, diagnostics, and crash information.

1.5 Tracking and App Tracking Transparency (iOS)

Where required by Apple, Emoji Guessing may request your permission to track you across apps and websites owned by other companies. We use this permission so that advertising partners (such as Google AdMob) can deliver and measure personalized advertisements.

You can change this choice later in your device settings (for example: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking).

3. Virtual Coins and Game Currency

Emoji Guessing may provide virtual coins, points, rewards, hints, or other virtual items. These items have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for real money unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Your virtual currency balance may be associated with your account and stored on our servers so that your balance and progress can be maintained.

4. In-App Purchases

Emoji Guessing may offer optional in-app purchases, such as virtual coin packages or an option to remove advertisements.

Payments are processed through the applicable platform provider, such as Apple App Store or Google Play. We do not directly receive or store your complete credit card or payment-card information.

Apple and Google may collect and process purchase-related information according to their respective privacy policies.

5. Third-Party Services

We may use third-party service providers to operate, analyze, secure, and monetize the App. These providers may process information according to their own privacy policies.

Depending on the services enabled in the App, these may include:

• Google Firebase – authentication, database, analytics, crash reporting, or related services.
• Google AdMob – displaying, personalizing, and measuring advertisements, which may involve tracking where permitted and consented.
• Apple App Store – processing iOS purchases and subscriptions where applicable.
• Google Play – processing Android purchases and subscriptions where applicable.

7. Leaderboard Information

If you participate in the Emoji Guessing leaderboard, certain information associated with your gaming profile may be visible to other users.

• Username or display name
• Game score or XP
• Rank
• Level or other game statistics

Your email address and password are not intended to be displayed publicly on the leaderboard.

8. Data Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

However, no method of electronic storage or transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your information.

9. Data Retention

We retain account and game information for as long as necessary to provide the App's services, maintain your account, provide game functionality, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

When you request account deletion, we will delete or anonymize personal information and associated game data that we are not required to retain, subject to applicable legal, security, fraud-prevention, and accounting requirements.

10. Account Deletion

You may request deletion of your Emoji Guessing account and associated personal information.

If the App provides an account deletion option in the account or settings section, you can initiate deletion directly from the App. If you cannot access the App, you may contact us using the contact information below.

Account deletion is intended to remove your account and associated data, including your game progress, coin balance, and leaderboard information, except where retention is required or permitted by applicable law or reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, or legitimate business purposes.

11. Children's Privacy

Emoji Guessing is not intended to knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable laws.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe that a child has provided personal information to us inappropriately, please contact us so that we can review and take appropriate action.

12. Your Privacy Choices

Depending on your location, you may have rights concerning your personal information, including rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to certain processing of your information.

You may also be able to control advertising and tracking preferences through:

Limiting tracking or personalized ads may reduce ad personalization but generally will not remove all ads from the App.
